The Voluntary Directory website was commissioned by the Partnership Council. The aim of the site is to be a central repository of information on local organizations.
We delivered a website that is fully content managed, allows searching of the organisations and offers a simple method of signing up to the directory and amending information if required.

Thank you for our great website. We have found that Voluntary Directory volunteers only need ten minutes training to understand how to update the website, and then find it quick and foolproof. Our site has generated positive comments from a wide range of people, many unfamiliar with using websites. Local residents have said they found it easy to use, including a contact from a training centre for disabled adults. Voluntary organisations promoted on our website say they like it, and are pleased it’s quickly adaptable and has been able to incorporate their additional requirements (e.g. adding temporary volunteer vacancy adverts to their existing project descriptions).
